Cafe Express: Old Hong Kong & Japanese Seafood Dinner Buffet
Throughout July and August, Café Express, located on the lobby level of Hotel Panorama by Rhombus, presents Old Hong Kong & Japanese Seafood Dinner Buffet, featuring traditional Hong Kong delicacies and fresh seafood imported from Japan.
Featuring a Roasted Beef Carving Station and a Sashimi & Sushi Counter, the dinner buffet offers an impressive array of cold and hot dishes in Hong Kong and Japanese style. Highlights from the cold selection include Assorted Japanese Seafood Platter, Mini Assorted Sashimi Rice with Black Truffle, Chilled Inaniwa Udon, Hong Kong Drunken Chicken Paws and Preserved Pork Trotter with Jelly Fish. Delectable hot dishes feature Roasted Cod Fish Fillet with Teriyaki Sauce, Clams & Mussels Stew in Sake, Deep-fried Hiroshima Oysters, Japanese Oden, Yakitori (Grilled Chicken Skewers), Fried Rice with Eel & Crab Roe, Wok-fried King Prawns in Hong Kong style and Steamed Turbo Fish.
The renowned Seafood Counter showcases a tasty selection of seafood cuisine. Highlights of this month include Freshly-Shucked Oysters, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Alaskan Snow Crab Legs, Yabbies, Sea Whelks, Mussels and Poached Shrimps. During the second session (8:30pm-11:00pm), 3 types of oysters and Japanese Sweet Shrimps will be available. In addition, on Friday to Sunday and public holidays, each guest will receive a complimentary Foie Gras on Toast.
